Shawn
has been with North Shore Homes for 5 years and is a vital
part of our Dream Team. With over 20 years of Commercial and
Residential Construction experience, he understands the needs
and goals of your new home construction. He is a skilled carpenter
with additional experience in supervision and he knows how
to get the job done. Shawn is responsible for coordinating
and supervising our network of reliable sub-contractors, and
is instrumental in making sure your project is completed in
a timely manner and within your established budget.
Shawn
will provide you with site analysis, pricing, scheduling for
your construction, as well as creative and economical solutions
that will help to reduce the risk of cost overruns. He will
ensure that your home meets and even exceeds the required
local building codes.
Shawn
gives meticulous attention to every detail, which will assure
you that everything will run smoothly. He will be there for
you every step of the way to answer any of your questions
or concerns. Shawn's goal is to help assure that your needs
are met and that everything meets your satisfaction through
every phase of the building process.

Maniaci - Sales Consultant
Matt brings
30-plus years experience and a positive attitude, along with
great ideas for making your dream become a reality. He can
answer any questions you may have, as well as, give you our
floor plans and ideas to help you get started on your home
building journey. He will guide you through the process of
designing your home with the best possible use of space and
efficiency.

Porterfield
- Administrative Assistant
Deb
returned to the family business 18 years ago, serving as Sales
Manager for the Manufactured Homes Community, Pikewood Manor,
and Sales Coordinator for North Shore Homes. Deb's background
is in Business Education, Accounting, Administration and Sales.
She built her second All American Home in 1998. Deb collected
her favorite ideas for their home and enjoyed customizing
it to suit her family's needs. Very impressed with the quality,
Deb highly recommends going to the All American Homes manufacturing
facility located in Zanesville, Ohio where you can tour the
factory, see additional, beautifully decorated model homes.
