To get started with your home-building journey, schedule
a consultation with our Consultant. We will guide you
through selecting the floor plan that will best fit your
lifestyle and work within your established budget. Explore
together the wide range of standard choices and optional
upgrades that will reflect your taste and interests. When
your floor plan is finalized and meets your approval, we
will complete your home order form with your desired product
and color selections. We will provide you with a detailed,
customized, computer drawings of your floor plan & foundation.
We will meet you at your property with our Construction
Manager, Sales Consultant and Excavator and evaluate your
home site. A copy of the legal information and plot plan
will help us to get the Site work estimate started.
Your detailed Site-work estimate (construction cost) will
include:
Everything it takes to prepare your property, dig a basement
or a crawl space. Your home will than be delivered, set
and contained from the weather 80% completed. We will than
finish set your home and complete your property so that
you can move in quickly.
Our Construction
Manager schedules and our Superintendent supervises our
network of reliable sub-contractors from the beginning to
